Princess Pro Series

Calling all GC and TC mens and ladies players.

The Princess Pro Series will be starting on the 26th February and WPHU has asked for names to be submitted.

If you wish to be made available for the selections then please send Garth or Steed an email.

We need to submit all the names to WPHU by Moday the 6th of Feb.

Durbanville 2012 Hockey Schedule

Welcome back to another year at DHC!

This year we once again hope to push the clubs limits and achieve greatness as we did last year.

The year kicks off with the following:

Indoor starts this week and currently 3 Men's and 3 Woman's teams have been entered.

If you are interested in playing indoor, please contact Garth or Steed for details.

Pre-Season Fitness has started at the club already and will be run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 18:30 till 20:00.

All are welcome to come join to prepare for the up coming winter season.

Trials date has been set for the 3rd of March 2012. Mens and Ladies will be separate and at the following times:

Mens: 3rd March 2012 | 12:30 to 13:00 will be for trials registration | 13:00 - 15:00 games will be held to allow coaches to asses individual skill level of players.

Ladies: 3rd March 2012 | 14:30 to 15:00 will be for trials registration | 15:00 - 17:00 games will be held to allow coaches to asses individual skill level of players.

Practice will start the week after trials. So far only the grass sides have confirmed practice times. These are Tuesdays and Thursdays 18:30 - 20:00 at the club. The Astro times will be confirmed closer to the time.

Mini Hockey will be starting in April. The date will be confirmed closer to the time. An exciting new format is going to be implemented this year to ensure each mini hockey member improves on skill and has great fun while doing so!
